You will also be in charge of managing projects to improve the plant SSHE standards, profitability and reliability. The role will require you to interface and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.What you will do

• Manage the overall preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities
• Manage, develop and execute OPEX projects in the plant
• Manage Standards of Environmental Care (SOEC), Global Pipeline Integrity (GPI), Hydrocarbon Controls Practices (HCP), Safety Critical Equipment and Statutory Equipment programs
• Manage work selection and routine work planning, scheduling and execution
• Act as the SAP- Plant maintenance computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) subject matter expert
• Perform troubleshooting to equipment issues and provide oversight for all fixed and rotating equipment as well as electrical, electronic and software systems
• Participate in safety walks, inspection, near miss reporting, Loss Prevention Self-Assessment (LPSA) and LPS
• Actively involved in Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Controls and Brand and Product Integrity (BPI) related assessments and gap closures
• Manage interfaces with contractors and vendors as well as interfaces within the plant
• Work with other departments to improve and enhance operating efficiency and safety
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Mechanical & Engineering Manager

About youSkills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
• Experience in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Preference for those with mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with hands-on experience in lubricant/oil & gas/petrochemical operations or related manufacturing plant
• Working knowledge of engineering and reactive and preventive maintenance
