Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for improving overall machine downtime of plant machinery and contribute to achieve maintenance section/department KPI


> Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on plant machines


> Maintain & update of all breakdown records promptly


> Identify root cause of the problem and provide counter measures


> Monitor, maintain and conduct monthly stock check for critical


machines' spare parts


> Liaise with machine agents for repair or maintenance of machines


> Calibration and verification of machine equipment


> Test and maintain machine safety systems in good condition

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or Mechatronic


Engineering


2. Good machine trouble shooting, problem solving skills


3. Good knowledge of PLC programming skills


4. Self-disciplined, independent, and able to work under pressure
