Oversee and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all store and kitchen equipment (chillers, freezers, POS, lighting, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled servicing and repairs
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, costs, and equipment inventory
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
Support new outlet setup and renovation works when required
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
Minimum 2 years of maintenance or facilities management experience (F&B preferred)
Strong technical knowledge in basic electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical systems
Hands-on, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends if required
