Maintenance Executive

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates installation, maintenance and repair works
- Upkeep all machinery & equipment and hand tools. Maintain good housekeeping all the time
- Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance checklists are updated and filed
- Ensure machinery & equipment are in sound condition and able to evaluate the serviceability of the equipment
- Allocate work to technicians and ensure that they perform their jobs according to the standards set & comply to SOP
- Maintain spare part inventory list
- Report to superior any issues related to malfunction or abnormalities of machinery & equipment
- Strictly abide to company’s rules and regulations and be a good example to subordinates
Requirements:
- NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experiences in maintenance function
- Able to read schematic diagrams
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Experience in maintaining heavy equipment such as cranes and forklift is preferred
- Able to work independently with strong leadership skills
- Able to perform work at height
- Able to work on Sunday when require
- Work location based in 1 Buroh Crescent but require travelling to Jurong Island & other areas depending on needs
- Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.15pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30am-3.15pm
