Main Responsibility:

To assist the Building Manager in effective managing of the operation and maintenance of The Beacon Condominium on a day to day basis.
Assist and ensure property’s facilities and equipment are in good operational condition
Prepare/review plans, estimate scope of works of various projects/units
Monitor all safety programs; assist and implement conservation and cost-saving measures
Facilitate testing, commissioning and implementation of technical requirement

Qualifications:

College Graduate; Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer
Must have at least three (3) years work experience in similar capacity or in property management
Accredited Pollution Control Officer (DENR) is a plus
Has a positive work attitude and good customer service
