Maintenance Lead (fire Protection Company)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance/ad-hoc works schedule for customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily maintenance/ad-hoc tasks.
- Communicate with vendors for maintenance and ad-hoc works.
- Attend customer/vendor meetings on-site with the Operations Manager, as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of fire protection equipment/systems and fire alarm systems.
- Possess a good understanding of fire protection and fire alarm systems, capable of troubleshooting, basic repairs, testing, and commissioning.
- Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical installation, servicing, and maintenance tasks.
- Generate and maintain service reports daily using software.
- Maintain and update the Method Statements and Risk Assessment (MSRA).
- Review reports for any discrepancies and coordinate rectification works resulting from servicing/ad-hoc tasks.
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
- Good communication skills, independent, and a team player
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Location: Jurong Island
- Standard working hours
- Salary up to $4200 (depends on experience) + Bonus
- Must possess valid class 3 license
