Lead integrity management of rotating equipment and static equipment.
Develop and implement inspection and maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee failure investigations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
Manage risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and ensure timely execution of integrity assessments.
Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer Support
Provide technical oversight for electrical and instrumentation systems, including process analyzers.
Collaborate with E&I teams to ensure integrated asset performance and reliability.
Support troubleshooting and optimization of analyzer systems to maintain data accuracy and operational safety.
Strategy & Compliance
Develop and maintain the Asset Integrity Management System aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international codes (API, ASME, IEC), and HSSEQ standards.
Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes for equipment upgrades and modifications.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across mechanical, E&I, and inspection disciplines.
Drive a culture of proactive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to align asset integrity goals with business objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in asset integrity or plant reliability, with strong exposure to rotating and static equipment
Working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and process analyzers
Familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, and local regulatory standards
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
