Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage manpower planning, staffing needs, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor daily operations and maintain equipment reliability and uptime.
Control costs for labour, equipment, spare parts, and subcontractors.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all maintenance works.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to meet operational requirements.
Provide technical expertise and maintenance input for new projects.
Conduct training and develop the technical skills of maintenance staff.
Requirements
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in maintenance management or a related field.
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
Valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and external vendors.
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels and external stakeholders.
