Maintenance Manager

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of engineering operations.
Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure high quality standards for building maintenance, M&E operations, managing projects and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure that the facilities inn Treetops are well-cared for and adequately support the business operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in M&E or its equivalent with at least 6 years’ experience in serviced apartment/hotel Engineering functions;
- Knowledge of Building Automation System preferred;
- Good leadership and effective time management skills;
- A qualified Fire and Safety Manager will be a plus, am well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety rules & regulations.
