Job Description
$12K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functions of M&E, building, facilities, repair & maintenance.
- Planning, managing, and controlling the maintenance budget.
- Prepare monthly maintenance report and periodic budget requirement.
- Responsible for retention and development of all maintenance staffs.
- Undertaking regular safety risk assessment.
- Achieve maintenance efficiency, productivity & utilization.
- Scout , propose & carry out suitable service & maintenance contract.
- Liaising with contractors on project schedule, quotation and monitoring their work to ensure value for money.
Requirements
- Diploma and above in Electrical/Mechanical
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing equipment/maintenance/project improvement /facilities is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
