Graduate of any Engineering course preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (with licensed is an advantage)
With at least 7 to 10 years related working experience in a steel manufacturing firm.
Strong leadership and manage skills
Has strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to train and identify training needs of his subordinates
Preferably with hands- on Experience in Pneumatic/ Hydraulic / Programmable Logic Control
Knowledgeable and/or with working idea in machine shop operation, problem solving techniques and electrical troubleshooting.
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
