• Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in a chemical plant.
• Basic understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability
• Optimize spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
• Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
• Service used equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and components and ensure ready to use all time.
• Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
• Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment\xe2\x80\x99s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
• Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies.
• Maintain Pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and conveyors.
