Plan, prioritize, schedule and manage maintenance activities to maximize availability through lifetime extension and breakdown reduction
Review and adapt preventive maintenance plan to optimize performance
Key responsibilities include
Supervision/Leadership
Plan and prepare all planned maintenance work together with realistic scheduling
Maintain the production equipment to ensure that the line efficiency and quality targets are met
Apply the Total Productive Management (TPM) principles in aim for supporting zero loss targets
Work in line with the defined safety standards and procedures
Ensures and coordinates proper handover between operations and maintenance for all maintenance jobs
Maintain and report work orders in Maximo System to ensure proper work order/job registration.
Plan and track monthly programs for completion
Answer customer queries, any other duties required
Liaise with technical crew and various departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of planned tasks
Perform data input and analysis
Optimisation of the schedule in collaboration with the core team
Capturing of the current status and continuous progress update
Production of extracts from the time schedule for internal and external reporting
Prepare lists of required materials, tools and equipment as well as procurement needs
Spare Part Management
Daily meeting with Maintenance stream leader and coordinator, including monitoring of work orders
Daily review of spare -parts and production line availability
Daily GR, PR, DO review and archive of document
Completion rate and accuracy of weekly parts audit
Ensure completion and accuracy of annual parts audits
Ensure inventory levels, contact customer service, and purchase parts in a timely manner
Reducing Costs, Reducing Downtime.
Sourcing more cost-effective suppliers
Increasing Work Identification, increasing Work Planning
More Effective Work Scheduling, More Effective Work Execution
Work instruction:
Update and ensure proper documentation of Procedures, SOP, Specifications, and Work Instructions etc.
Write SOP/SWP for preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting and work-related
Provide training for in house people or process equipment topics
About you
At least a Diploma/ NiTEC in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation
Strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic
Strong Leadership skills and team building
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Mechanical / Automation / Process Control discipline
Preferred experience in a manufacturing background or food processing industries with hands on experience in equipment maintenance
Skilled in in planning and acquires good interpersonal and analytical skills
Experienced in managing maintenance workflow (job lifecycle) management and the supply work processes
Microsoft Office experience is essential
Good reporting and data handling
Ability to analyse, solve problems, planning and execute tasks assigned
