Create sales estimation and quotation. Negotiate with customers on the Maintenance of parts for elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks. Follow up with customers on invoicing for work carried out.
Responsibilities:
Make estimates for maintenance parts sales.
Prepare necessary quotations and negotiate with customers.
Update and monitor progress of sales status.
Prepare necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works.
Issue job instructions and other relevant documents for the works.
Assist in developing and maintaining software for sales work.
Co-ordinate with other departments on matters relating to works.
Report to superior on all matters relating to the section.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Keep proper records and filling of works carried out.
Ensure all data and information are kept in confidentiality.
Ensure compliance to the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention
Requirement:
Training provided
Basic administrative skills
Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel skills such as creation of table and analysing of data
Experience in negotiation with external customers
Experience in sales or Customer service
