Our esteemed client, an established company in Singapore, is searching for a Maintenance & Service Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
Understand and identify customer needs, providing appropriate assistance or directing to the relevant personnel.
Schedule and coordinate technicians for maintenance, repairs, and site inspections based on urgency and location.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of service issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, reports, and related documentation.
Prepare and manage operational and service-related reports as required.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification and above.
Prior experience in customer service or service coordination is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Patient, professional, and empathetic when handling customer enquiries.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Information:
Salary:? Basic up to 2,500 + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Tuas (company pick up provided)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
