• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $4,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly perform preventive maintenance on building monitoring and control systems, environmental monitoring systems, and related equipment to ensure they work optimally and avoid breakdowns.
• Quickly diagnose and fix issues in SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, DDC controllers, and other mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Assist in installing, setting up, and testing new equipment and systems, including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DDC controllers.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and systems to spot potential issues and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Update maintenance logs, equipment manuals, and system documentation.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts. Order necessary supplies to ensure they are available when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Provide support to other departments and assist with special projects, especially those involving SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DDC controllers.

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related field.
• Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, DDC controllers, and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics related to control systems and automation.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
