Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must Graduate or Undergraduate in any course
- At least 2-3 Years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Knowledgeable in Electrical, ACU Technician, Plumbing, Grouting, ACU Tech, Carpentry, Painter
- With good physical condition
- Available to start anytime
- Full time position(s) available
- Ability to multi-task
- People oriented
- Results driven
- Respond to requests that require repair; including but not limited to television, Internet/Computer, Generator, Air-conditioning and Plumbing concerns
- Coordinate regular inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler systems, elevators
- Maintain inventory of Maintenance supplies
- Excellent spreadsheet (Excel)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands on technical and administrative expertise in managing projects related to electrical, mechanical etc
- Excellent skills in interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Staff meals provided

- 13th month salary
Employees are required to fill up health declaration form, fully vaccinated and required to wear mask. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly.Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- ACU Technician: 1 year (Required)
