We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a hospitality organization located in

Rochor

. This is a

permanent position

with a

Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Carry out hands-on general maintenance works, including basic carpentry such as furniture repairs and fixture installation. Perform simple electrical tasks such as replacing sockets, light bulbs, and checking minor electrical faults. Handle basic plumbing works, including clearing blockages and repairing small leaks. Conduct painting touch-ups and minor wall repair works when required. Inspect rooms, furniture, and fixtures regularly to identify potential issues early. Complete maintenance and repair tasks promptly while maintaining good workmanship standards. Use and update the job ticketing system to track assigned maintenance activities. Document completed work with clear status updates and closure notes. Identify recurring issues and recommend longer-term corrective solutions. Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times. Follow safe work procedures when carrying out electrical and plumbing tasks. Report safety hazards and risks promptly to the Operations Manager. Assist with moving, assembling, and setting up furniture for new tenants. Support the operations team on special assignments, including minor renovation touch-ups.

What We're Looking For

At least two years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, building services, or a similar trade-related role. Basic working knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance. Electrical Worker Licence (LEW - Licensed Electrician, Grade 7). WSQ Apply Waterproofing for Internal Wet Areas (bathroom/kitchen) or BCA Certificate in Waterproofing Supervision (roofs, walls, basements). Licensed Plumber (LP) issued by the Public Utilities Board is an advantage. WSQ Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certification is an added advantage. Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) certification for air-conditioning servicing is a plus.
