Maintenance Technician (building & Facilities) ($2500 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
- Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
- Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
- Maintain good housekeeping and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
- Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.
- Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
- Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Minimum NTC in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
