a) To carry out all maintenance and repair works required (eg. mechanical & electrical, plumbing, carpentry, aircon and etc...)
b) To supervise and maintain control over the quality of the work carried out by all external Contractors.
c) To regularly maintain and update an inventory of commonly used maintenance tools, equipment and spares.
d) To attend to any building maintenance related emergency calls after office hours.
e) To carry out any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
