Job Description
- Perform a variety of service, repair, and preventive maintenance\xe2\x80\x9d.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

- Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
- At least one year working in hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance-related technical skills.
- Willingness to perform shift work.
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) beside West Coast Park
