Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery in the facility.
Assists Engineering Coordinator for any maintenance and repair works.
Conducts repairs of facilities such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other building system installed
Assists Engineering Coordinator, Site Admin Officer and/or third party technicians and other 3rd party contractors in testing, cleaning, and repairing utility systems
In-charge of company repair tools and supplies\

Qualifications:

Candidate must be graduate of any Technical-related course.
Must have experience as Building Technician/utility or in a similar role.
With experience in troubleshooting simple electrical, sanitary and mechanical equipment.
Knows basic carpentry and painting.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
