Job Scope:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobility medical equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, hospital beds, shower trolleys).
Inspect and maintain building facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-con, and furniture.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site; respond to internal and external maintenance requests.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and inventory of equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building facilities maintenance.
Experience in maintenance of mobile medical equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, shower trolleys, hospital beds) is an advantage, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.
Training will be provided.
