What you'll be doing

Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and assets such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other mechanical systems Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve the root cause Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to a high standard, maintaining detailed records and reports Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate the delivery of specialised maintenance and repair services Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of building systems and equipment Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent role in the building services or facilities management industry Technical qualifications in electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems, or a relevant engineering discipline Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jurong East
