Maintenance Technician * Location: Jurong East * Basic salary + OT + AWS + night shift allowance + NO Variable bonus * Bi-weekly 12-hour rotational shift, Monday - Friday * Company bus pic Maintenance Technician Location: Jurong East Basic salary + OT + AWS + night shift allowance + NO Variable bonus Bi-weekly 12-hour rotational shift, Monday - Friday Company bus pick-up at Jurong East, Clementi and West Coast Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment from mechanical & electrical perspective according to the company's safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. Tool: High and Ultra High Pressure pumps, water chillers, booster pumps, water treatment, slotting machines, weave and plate machines, laser and abrasive removal system (little). Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on all production plant within the ESS and Optimum Completions manufacturing facility in-accordance with established maintenance and work practice. Carry out daily function checks on plant and ancillary equipment Maintaining all High and Ultra High Pressure pumps, water chillers, booster pumps, water treatment, slotting machines, weave and plate machines, laser and abrasive removal system as per the maintenance schedule or as required. Carrying out upgrades to equipment as and when planned in accordance with safe working practice Assist with production flow as required. Supervise the accurate reporting of operational activity within the Time Trac system- Direct Hours: Work Order task, time taken and quantity completed. Indirect: Task completed Hours booked. Monitor the completion of all tasks in accordance with training provided, highlighting potential areas of improvement as they occur to ensure efficiency is continuously improved. Qualification: Previous production maintenance background. Knowledge of Water Jet Cutting & High Pressure operations. Good understanding of Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Basic knowledge of electrical system fault finding. Electronics troubleshooting and repair skills are critical. Experience in multi axis motion systems. General computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of Gantry Crane and Forklift operation within a workshop Pay structure: Basic salary + OT + AWS + night shift allowance + NO Variable bonus Company bus pick-up at Jurong East, Clementi and West Coast
