• Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Maintenance Technician

The Opportunity

• MULTIPLES HEADCOUNT!
• Office location: Singapore, Woodlands
• Working hours: 12 hours Shift works
• This role will start off as contract position

The Talent

• Min preferably ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics
• Technical Skills in electro-mechanical equipment or work in closely related role
• Exposure in semiconductor/manufacturing environment

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Dismantling of parts from the PM assemblies and pack to send to external vendor for cleaning
• Perform assemblies cleaning in chemical hoods
• Cleaning of ceramic insulators using chemical (10/90 IPA) and Carbolite Oven.
• Cleaning of metal parts using chemical (10/90 IPA) and DI water
• Collection of cleaned PM parts from receiving dock and Assemblies rebuild
• Sorting and packaging of cleaned and used parts
• Disposal of scrapped parts, solvent and acid waste
• Cleaning of trolleys, ovens and metal racks
• Preparation and delivery of parts to fab environment and warehouse and perform monthly PM on chemical hoods
• Checking inventory, Packing of items into boxes and housekeeping of work area

Administrative tasks:

• Update daily activities in tracking system
• Create/update parts information in parts tracking system
• Prepare shipping document
• Housekeeping of Rebuild room
