Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Daily routine maintenance audit and condition inspections on satellite clinics and its mechanical and electrical installations to ensure that it is in good operating condition. Carrying out minor in-house repair works for all building services. Report and collate daily inspection document. Quotation calling, prepare ePR, site co-ordination, supervision and certification of contractor's works. Prepare and compute charges like services rendered to the satellite clinics. Liaise with user acceptance and ensuring building repairs services delivered to a satisfactory standard. Perform any other duties, which may be necessary from time to time. Carry out any other assignments as assign by the management.Requirements Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechantonics / Air-conditioning / Building Services At least 2 to 3 years' experience in building facilities or engineering maintenance services A must to have driving license and to have own vehicle eg. motorcycle to travel to different satellites clinics With healthcare experience is an added advantage 5.5 days work week
