Job Description
Responsibilities: Liaise with air-condition and other equipment contractors. Liaise with other suppliers. Maintain and ensure equipment are in working condition. Response to emergency call. Work with end user on area for improvement. Involve in upgrading and renovation of facilities. Conduct maintenance check.Requirements: Diploma OR Nitec holder 3 years of M&E or building maintenance experience. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
