Department: Equipment Engineering 1Report to: Section LeaderFunctional Relationships with: Manufacturing EngineeringPOSITION PROFILE: Based in: SingaporeThe successful candidate will: Work in Singapore Murata, Tuas PlantJOB DESCRIPTION : 1) Plan & perform machine maintenance include trouble shooting.2) Provide production productivity (MER) & yield improvement (Y Lost).3) To support in production model change activities4) Ensure spare parts availableKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support machine maintenance, trouble shooting & improvementABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED: Comfortable with hands-on job. Able to work rotating 12 hours shift, such as 2 Team 2 Shift or 3 Team 2 Shift. (i.e. 2T2S may start from Thursday to Sunday) Possess some mechanical or pneumatic or electrical knowledge (e.g: parts assembly, air cylinder, sensor) Possess Nitec/Higher Nitec qualification in Engineering related. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for report writing. May require to come back to attend urgent call back or overtime work, if necessary
