Maintenance Technician

Job Description
$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: East
Responsibilities
- Systems \xe2\x80\x93 mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Handle and manage technical issues and to trouble-shoot/rectify the problem on site
- Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved
- Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services
- Maintain and update maintenance records and documentations
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-conditioning/Building Services/ Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in audio visual system and M&E works is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
