Job Summary: In this role, you will support Plant Engineering department and manufacturing team activities to achieve the department\xe2\x80\x99s established goals & plant KPIs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• You need to perform mechanical PM & CM of Plant engineering Utilities, Facilities & Manufacturing equipment\xe2\x80\x99s in a timely and effective manner to ensure its safe & reliability of proper cleaning, lubrication and prevent mishandling.
• You need to focus & identify mechanical, pneumatics & hydraulics issues and generate work order. Resolve the PE issue and close work order.
• You need to react when system issue, minimize mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics equipment downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• You need to generate work order when identify safety issues and resolve it.
• You need to follow up good practice when PM & CM such as cGMP, GDP, 5S, safety LOTO and involve continues to improve action.
• You need to understand the operation & maintenance of U&F system such as generation and distribution of steam boiler, water treatment, HVAC, air-compressor, clean room system, chemical & gas system, fire alarm and fire protection system. Perform daily water sampling.
• You need to understand the operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as mixture, rollers, conveyor line, molding press, trimming press, washing machine, primary and packaging line.
• You need to read and understand of P&ID, mechanical drawing, pneumatics & hydraulic circuit, basic electrical / control / PLC and equipment manual for troubleshooting purpose.
• You need to perform work at normal air condition room, ISO-8 clean room, ISO-5 clean room & >30 deg c hot room, work at height and under end user pressure.
• Perform task base on guides outline in SOP/ SOI & WI.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior & immediately inform superior upon completion.
• Assist superior in spare part management.
• Maintain an effective communication between shift to ensure smooth transition of work.
• If maintenance/ engineering activities must be performed on a weekend/ public holiday/ plant shutdown to minimize production disruption, personnel are required to be present accordingly.
• At all times adhere to Company rules, regulations and policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Mechanical or Mechatronics l Nitec, Higher Nitec
• Other Technical trade cert or Boiler attendant cert 2 or 1.
• 5 - 10 years related work experience with higher satisfactory Performance Appraisal.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to execute basic mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, E&I PM with moderate guidance.
• Have basic TPM knowledge.
• Possess Work @ Height Cert. (for worker)
• Possess Rigger & Signalman Cert
• Possess WSH in Metal Works Cert.
• Have basic Fabrication skill include arc welding, TIG, gas cutting and plasma cutting.
• Have basic machining knowledge of cutting & drilling.
• Able to perform operation and maintenance of RO, PW, WFI, hot water and wastewater system.
• Able to perform operation and maintenance of boiler, air compressor, HVAC & clean room.
• Good in cGMP, GDP and always safety Mindset (LOTO, barricade and place safety signage).
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per company policy as they are related to the position covered by this.
• Perform daily water sampling of plat Water, boiler, cooling tower water treatment and resolve quality issue.
• Share safety storytelling, actively involve and implement continues improvement action.
• Willing to learn new system maintenance of production conveyor line, hydraulic molding press & trimming and parts washing machine, primary and secondary packaging machine.

• Ensure good 5S and housekeeping are maintained at all time in the work areas.
• Ensure that tools & equipment\xe2\x80\x99s use conform to the requirements of our customers and meet full customer satisfaction.
• Activities performed to ensure that products are cost-effective without prejudice to the required standard of performance, reliability and quality.
• Adhering to process and procedures that apply to quality.

Safety: The job holder is aware of his/her special responsibility towards health and safety in accordance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s safety policy at all times;

• • • Ensure all necessary safety features are checked and tested per the requirements before start operation / hand over process.
    • Promptly report any malfunction in safety features to Superior immediately for corrective action.
    • Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Work safety by not causing unsafe conditions or doing unsafe acts.
    • Adhering to the processes and procedures that apply to health and safety conformance

Lean: Support and contribute actively in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.

• Support Lean Sigma initiatives and actively drive for waste reduction and quality improvement.
• Support the establishment of systems to measure and drive for quality and people performance so to ensure the continuous improvement of the performance in all areas.
