Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise commercial complex and hands-on attendance to repairs/complaints on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary services etc.

Requirements:

Certificate/NTC3/NITEC in Electrical/Air-conditioning/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation/equipment, M&E knowledge (e.g. AHU, chiller, sewage) in a high rise building or commercial complex.

Work location: Walking distance from Newton MRT Station
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
Basic Salary, OT, AWS & Variable bonus
