Job Requirements:

Attend to breakdowns, complaints/feedback, and tenant service calls on building services/facilities, perform relevant repair works, and follow up with the submission of relevant service/maintenance reports to the respective person.
Escort and supervise works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with a method statement, risk assessment, and workplace safety.
Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g., electrical, sanitary, plumbing, minor repairs, etc.)
Rescue passengers trapped in lifts
Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
Monitor CCTV, and card access systems and report any incidents or faults immediately.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by in charge person
