Entity: Turbine Overhaul Services Pte Ltd (TOS).

Location: No. 5 Tuas Drive 2, Singapore 638639 (Island-wide company transport is provided).

Responsibilities:

• To maintain and repair plant machinery and facilities equipment
• Able to isolate faults, troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems
• Perform corrective/ preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production machinery
• Liaise with vendors/contractors for machine spares and maintain adequate critical spare parts
• Respond to call back for machine recovery at all time if needed
• Identify, involve and improve equipment performance
• Make modification and improvement on machines performance
• Able to interpret technical drawings
• Update daily work report in CMMS system
• Support and participate in Employee Health & Safety, Quality & ACE activities
• Support and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Carry out any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years of working experience, preferably in equipment maintenance
• Candidates with no prior experience will be considered as well
• Knowledge and experience in TPM, PLC and automation with an Electrical license will be advantageous
• A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy
• Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts
