Job Description

:

Maintain and Coordinate Preventative Maintenance Program

for all facilities, including builder works, air-conditioning, electrical systems, fire protection systems, security access systems, landscaping, pest control, etc.

Assist in Supervising Cleaning and Security Services

in alignment with contractor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate Preventative Maintenance

Program for all

Mechanical Equipment

including overhead cranes, welding machines, forklifts, air compressors, etc., utilizing the Max-Maintenance Portal system.

Address and Repair Faults

as needed for facilities and mechanical equipment, including building fixtures, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical services, etc.

Handle Purchase Requisition and Orders,

including the issuance of Purchase Orders and monitoring of Purchase Order Receiving across three NOV facilities.

Perform Other Work-Related Tasks

as required by business needs.

Comply with All Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Policies

and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with NOV guidelines.

Requirement:

NTC / NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy machinery and facilities. Able to read technical drawings/ manual to carry out maintenance work independently. IT savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Good written & communication skills. * Able to commit to overtime work.
