Job description:

• Planning & Execution of breakdown and preventive maintenance activities assigned by Supervisor.
• Conduct machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Use of TPM tools and methodologies to improve machine’s reliability, reduce downtime and maintenance cost.
• Maintain adequate and orderly documentation as specified by the maintenance department procedure. SAP PM Module experience is an advantage.
• Purchase spare parts and maintain the part stores
• Execute machine installation and qualification together with OEM.
• Provide support to Facility equipment repair for electrical issues.
• Work with cross functional departments to resolve safety, quality and productivity related issues and improvement

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics
• 3-5 years in Equipment Maintenance. Added advantage if applicant has experience in Optics or machine shop CNC machines
• Hands on experience in PLC, Drives, Automation, Electrical Circuits, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Hydraulic.
• Hands on experience on Facility equipment ( Air compressor, Chiller, Aircon, cooling tower, transformers and switch gears)
• Team player to work with other functions
• Equipment Maintenance experience in Manufacturing with TPM Exposure
• Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint office and SAP skills
• Willing to work on 2nd & 3rd Shift, weekends, Public Holiday and after office hours when required.

Experience

• 3 year(s): 3-5 years in Equipment Maintenance.

Education

• NITEC or better
