Job Description
:
We are seeking to hire an experienced maintenance technician who has a professional mindset alongside a positive and can-do attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and constantly observe workplace, health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment in the outlets.
- Carry out simple repair (e.g. replacement of socket, water taps etc.)
- Report on maintenance issues and to liaise with external vendors on major repairs works.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Facilities Manager.
- Provide feedback on improving work processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Possess with N” / “O” GCE Level or NITEC in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering ITE (Higher Nitec)
- Related working experience in the F&B environment will be highly preferred (though not necessary)
- Possess with LEW grade 7/8 will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skill.
- Proficient in English & Chinese (Good communication skills in English & Chinese to handle Chinese speaking customers’ queries and request & conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback)
- Possess with valid class 3 driving license (Vehicle will be provided)
