: West regionScope:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on
electrical and mechanical systems
ConductingHVAC system maintenance
, including oil changes, gas top-ups, and filter replacements Servicing and troubleshootingpumps and conveyor systems
Carrying outgeneral building maintenance and repair works
to ensure facility safety and functionality Supporting day-to-day maintenance operations and attending to breakdowns promptlyRequirement
:Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in maintenance of electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance independently Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance work * Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
