Provide building maintenance
To perform general repair works, including painting, patching of walls, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment
Plumbing & sanitary - Clear minor chokes in sanitary systems - toilet bowls and basins, floor traps, repair of sanitary fittings, etc.
Basic carpentry work
Monthly washing air-con filter
Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests from different outlets under the company.
Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences.
To assist as and when required in relocation of furniture/ equipment etc.
Work independently

Main working location: Near Changi Village. Will need to travel between different locations, prefer if have own transport.
