This role will be reporting to the GM, Service Sales for Sigma and 9G.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for recapture/ recovery target all timeManage prospects by proposing services and negotiating service maintenance contractCollaborate with service operation and technical team in ensuring safety, quality and compliance with statutory requirementActively promote company products and sell service upgradesMaintain customer relations in line with Company KPI and exceed customer satisfactionSpearhead the role of customer defender and be responsible for carrying out practical initiatives to address genuine customer complaints and/or to prevent new contract cancellationManage QR and provide estimates to current customer of all regular work and repair if neededRequirementDegree/ Diploma in any discipline or with relevant working experienceKnowledge and experience in the elevators or construction is an added advantageGoal driven and able to deliver high level of work commitmentSelf-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervisionConfident and possess excellent negotiation and communication skillsA team player with excellent interpersonal skillsEnjoy working in dynamic and multicultural business environmentIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
