Job Description
Responsibility
- To provide professional make up advice to customers and assist them to find the products that meet their needs
- To recommend and up-sell products to customers through product/make up demos
- Recruit new customers and build customer relations through follow-up calls, SMS or mailings
- Work as a team to help achieve overall sales target
- To adhere to brand's grooming guidelines at all times
- Maintain good conduct and behaviour while on duty/on the sales floor at all times
- Responsible for day-to-day housekeeping duties and sales operations tasks
- Good interpersonal skills, well groomed, and with service oriented mindset
- Enjoy interacting and sharing beauty tips with customers
- Proven sales and service track record
- Preferable with at least 2 years of experience in retail industry
- Has good make up skills
- Able to perform retail operational hours/days (weekends and on public holidays)
