Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent shopping experience for customers at the counter/boutique.
- Determine customer needs and assist in finding appropriate makeup products.
- Achieve retail sales targets monthly
- Recruit new customers and retain through dedicated follow-up
- Express a strong passion for beauty and cosmetics
- Inspire customers with expertise on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Attend monthly training seminars
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task in fast-paced team environment
- Seasonal Seminars will be conducted monthly to showcase seasonal new launches and application techniques. Top performers will be considered for further personnel development through career advancement programs, elevating their artistry skills, presentation and workshop facilitation.
- Minimum 2 years of retail cosmetic sales experience
- Possess Certificate in Makeup Artistry
- Good English written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant personality
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is advantageous in order to attend to mandarin-speaking customers
- Be reliable, dependable and punctual
- Comfortable to work shift hours, including weekends and/or public holidays (dependent on counter staffing needs)
