Create a secure and quality learning environment for children. 2. Develop nurturing, trusting, and respectful relationships with children. 3. Enrich children's learning by co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula and programs. 4. Effectively integrate innovative teaching and learning practices. 5. Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community. 6. Provide suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre. 7. Perform any other duties as required. Requirements: 1. Able to start in December 2022. 2. Diploma in Preschool Teaching Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching 3. Patient and has a passion to work with children 4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision 5. Candidates with L2 ECDA Certification & 1-year related experience will have an added advantage 6. Work Location: CHOA CHU KANG 7. Able to start immediately or within short notice.
