Job scope:

To liaise with consultant, client, and sub-contractors on the progress of M&E works.
To prepare method of statement, shop drawings, timber mock-up, demonstration, sample units, T&C sheets, work progress report, and other relevant documents for M&E related works.
To coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings and material/ samples
To coordinate, prepare, and check the technical submission for resolving of site issues and drawings issues.
Assist M&E Manager and PM on all M&E issues including the preparation of M&E master and T&C schedule.
Manage and arrange for M&E progress inspection (R1, Fire Audit, etc), documentation for audit, use of resources and coordination works from the beginning until completion.
Prepare CSD drawings and structural penetration for approval and ensure on site underground and upper services of M&E works are on progress with all authorities (eg. PUB, SPPG, City Gas)
Manage and resolve all the site installation coordination issue to ensure works are in accordance with the approved shop drawings and CSD drawings.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Min 5 years relevant working experience, and at lesst 2 years in HDB Projects
Willing to work on Sat (6 working days)
