M&e Coordinator

Job Description
- Understand contract requirement and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
- Ability to manage and solve complex problems on site
- Prapare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
- Coordinate and assist Site Superintendent on installation and maintenaance of site temporary utilities services
- Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
- Knowledge in PBU & RWDP
- Site inspection
- Closely coordination works with M&E, Architectural and Structural Contractors
