Job Description

+ Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
+ Conduct an MEP coordination meeting with all MEP trade sub-contractors.
+ Liaise with relevant authorities for MEP services.
+ Monitor all MEP trade sub-con on-site work and workforce according to the construction schedule.
+ Co-ordination with MEP subcontractors on their work.
+ Supervision of all MEP works carried out by MEP subcontractors.
+ Ensure installations are carried out according to plans and check qualities of workmanship.
+ Prepare drawings and detailed design documents.
+ Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
+ Draft plans and detailed drawings for MEP installations from sketches or notes.
+ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Minimum Requirements
+ At least 3 years of experience within the construction industry
+ Familiar with M&E drawings for infrastructure/building projects
Preferred Qualifications
+ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
