JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that work on site is on schedule
To liaise and co-ordinate project site works with consultants, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors
Liaise and work with sub-contractors on shop drawings, equipment submission, site inspection and testing & commissioning matters
Carry out site supervision and ensure work done on-site fully complies with specification and drawing
Follow-up closely with sub-contractors on the progress of site works
Ensure all work activities are carried out in a safe working environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions
Working experience involving ACMV and M&E works in the construction industry
Able to plan and co-ordinate M&E works and shop drawings
Able to identify and follow-up site issues with the project team and sub-contractors
Able to work independently and under tight schedule
