Roles & Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Maintenance, Facility or M&E Technician in building maintenance or facilities management industry with experience working in retail mall, commercial, mixed development or industrial properties.
• Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, fire protection systems and other building systems.
• Knowledgeable in general maintenance processes and methods
• Good interpersonal skills and team building spirit.
• Certificate in ACMV, building maintenance servicing or relevant field will be a plus.
• Fire Safety Manager an Advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspection of buildings, M&E equipment and any non-compliance under authority’s requirement and guidelines of fire safety, workplace, health and safety standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E systems and building defects such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc.
• Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
• Attend and rectify tenant feedback and complaints.
• Handing over of premises to new tenants.
• Conduct joint inspection with tenant during handing/ taking over of leased areas.
• Overseeing security officers and cleaners.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
• Successful applicant is required to attend Fire Safety Manager course (after office hours) and upon completion of course to perform the FSM’s role and be part of Company Emergency Response Team if required by Management. Additional remuneration will be given upon successful completion of course.
