Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction-related projects.
Support project managers in managing schedules, resources, documentation, and contractor coordination.
Participate in site inspections, technical evaluations, and progress monitoring.
Perform basic electrical design review and provide technical input as required.
Prepare and maintain project reports, records, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Engage in on-the-job training and development initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to innovation within the engineering function.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
2-5 years of working experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Basic understanding of electrical systems, construction site activities, and project lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
