Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of
food/drinks stalls.
Assisting the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect of the
stall/mini-restaurant.
Gaining good knowledge of the food/drinks stalls operation by exposure to
respective position within the stall.
Supervising store operations, cash control, and shift management.
Co-leading the team to create the mini restaurant/stall experience for customers
by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products.
Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as
relevant regulatory requirements.
Preparing documents and updating records.
Keeping regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food
quality and staff friendliness.
Communicating daily and act as liaison between operations staff and
management.
Travelling to different outlets and participating in daily operations as required.
Any other duties as assigned
